Katja works as a student assistant for the INFRAGLOB project. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Development from the University of Bayreuth with a focus on environmental and institutional economics. Now she studies Development Studies in the second semester with a focus on advanced international economy. She is interested in the nexus between the environmental and institutional dimension of infrastructure projects and energy politics. During her bachelor studies, she spent one semester at the Université de Perpignan where she completed her economics focus with courses in political science. In the INFRAGLOB project, she supports the French-English research context with a focus on contestations.
